Express - 2 Man Home Delivery

Ironic that they have Express in their name! They don't respond to emails, messages on the online tracking or answer their phone. It's been 3 weeks they have had my item and still not delivered. DO NOT USE! I've ask the supplier for a full refund.

Express 2 man delivery have had my item for a week in "PROCESS" and still waiting with no response to emails or messages even though I was told I would receive a call, text or email within 2-3 days of them receiving my item. I don't live in North Wales,Devon, Cornwall etc.... YET NO COMMUNICATION OR DELIVERY so I will be now contacting the company for a refund as their delivery service has failed them!!

Absolute joke of a service, given 3 different dates for sofa and neither day did it turn up. I tried to be patient but couldn't wait any longer and had to cancel order completly as I didn't trust them at all when I got asked to wait for another day! Which would have been 4 days of sitting around the house waiting for them to not show up! I am now waiting on my refund from the sofa shop & will be purchasing elsewhere ..... I was off work this week to recieve delivery & now will have to lose another days wage when I can order it from someone else. Customer service was disgusting
