Had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment with an oil light, yet was told it was my fault I had no oil in my motobility car. Which was the reason I was taking it in. As this is 3rd time oil light has appeared yet when checked all is fine. Always get rung to tell me cars ready for collection yet still made to wait ages as its never ready when I arrive.

Took some time to get around to writing this as i wanted it to be as accurate and fair as possible i purchased a car in july initial first impressions were good having put 500 deposit down i couldnt buy the car as my son was actually buying it for me and he wasn't happy with the MOT history i contacted the garage to say i didnt want to continue with the sale and was told i couldn't have my deposit back ( i thought it was a lot to put down at the outset but i thought that was the rule ...(since finding out different) after numerous phone calls and getting the run around both my son and I spoke to shariff who was very unhelpful unpleasant and dismissive who passed the buck to andy who was there at time of purchase he then said that i could half of it back as id asked for some parking sensors. With a lot of hard work and persistence i was eventually refunded by the bank my experience of this garage is do your homework if you want to buy a car from this garage customer care isn't good especially once they have your money !!!
