        Courtney was friendly and welcoming when we viewed the property and showed a genuine enthusiasm without being pushy. She quickly checked a couple of queries that we had and was able to supply this information promptly. We loved the property and put in an offer which Courtney quickly liaised with the landlord and confirmed. The administration process has progressed very quickly so far and email communication has been excellent. We are really looking forward to moving into this lovely cottage and feel secure knowing that Griffith and Partners are there to manage the property with us afterwards. Courtney is a real asset to this company. So pleased to have her valued support to make this such a smooth rental process.
