        The operatives (gestapo) need some customer service training. There are polite ways to inform a customer that a charge is required. I'm not opposed to paying at all but I would appreciate a modicum of respect.

        I love this place. Staff are by far the best of their profession. They are REAL people and we could all learn a lot from them. He asked me not to do this, but Mark is my favourite.I am a happily married man with three boys so hopefully this can be read in the manner intended. He brightens my day each and every time I see him.
