What a joke of a petrol station. Every time I go I have to queue for longer than acceptable. This is due to not enough staff on the tills so people have a long queue inside to try and pay. BP you are losing customers because of your waiting times, myself and another woman drove off because we didnt want to wait any longer (Id been waiting 10mins already)

Hats off to great service! I joined the long queue for the car wash today. Unfortunately the car wash wasn't playing ball and kept halting between washes. A member of staff took the time to A) try and get it going again and B) came along the line to expalin that the water tank of the wash was taking a long time to fill. At least we were kept informed. THEN, the same gentleman came along the queue and asked whether we wanted a free drink whilst we waited. That's what I call great, thoughtful service. My flat white was delicious too.

DO NOT ENTER THE CAR WASH!!! Ive just spent 25 minutes stuck in the car wash in 30c heat! the doors on both end closed then nothing. I spent 15 of those minutes calling the emergency number that is on a sign on the wall, but it took 20 calls before they answered. I was contemplating ramming my way out! THE CARWASH IS A DEATH TRAP DO NOT ENTER!!
