I will gladly give the whole email chain from you and from us to anyone that requests it. But its easy to see what we are dealing with from previous reviews left by Joe Bloggs
You really are unbelievable, your review goes to show. Our handling has no relation to you being registered disabled. Kindly dont use that as an excuse it bares no relevance to the situation or how its been handled.
I would usually post full communications in reviews so the situation is clear for all to read however its limited to 4000 characters and there is over 30000 in the communications.
You repeatedly called, were rude on the phone to me and to my colleagues which is unacceptable. And we do not tolerate it.
While we happily bend over backwards to help our genuine, simply put, polite customers if there are issues. But we will play by the rules (the law, including your consumer rights) if customers behave in such a way that you have. Im afraid you entered into this with your own actions.
5 parcels were lost that day by Royal Mail - 4 of them were replaced after 5 days of being missing- all of those customers were polite and understanding. Its a real shame that you were not as we would have been more than happy to handle this differently.
We were prompt and helpful with replies (in the beginning) I passed the handling to Ron as you were insufferable and unaccepting of the situation.
You have been informed on multiple occasions that you will have refund. Once the parcel is confirmed lost by Royal Mail.
Yet your threats bad reviews and calling trading standards continue.
