Hi, I have used 365carloan to find me a nice car, they send my some pictures and I chose one of those which was in the Berkshire Used Cars. As I live in Cardiff I have asked 365 to call the company and get all the information about the car. 365 call me back and said that the car was in a fantastic condition, and, I decided buy the car. In fact when I went o see the car I noticed that the car had already been crashed and repaired. I told the owner that the car has a gap between passenger door and front wing, and him was very funny and told back The car is not handmade this is true and this is why the car should not have any gap coz the manufacturer is perfect when the builder a car. Ok, I decide take the car, and I just noticed once again that the car is a box of surprise, the audio very temperamental, some times go up and down without a touch, the right mirror same times folder and doesnt back, need to do it manually , theres is a knock in the back which I did not have time to investigate yet due the lack of time. Well, I wasnt expect brand new car, but for the price of 13.000 I was just expect a decent car due to the good reviews from this company BERKSHIRE USED CARS. This my truly review, I would like to praise this company but I was very disappointed and I hope this helps other people not to go through what I went through. The car which I bought was MERCEDES ML250 and the day that I bought was 01/10/2022. I do not recommend. Sent from my iPhone
