Really rude on the phone and drivers try to charge more than what the controller said.

I called for a car about 50 minutes ago for my partner and children, the driver said he will be 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later still no sign but my partner called and said a driver came outside the mechanics and when he asked him if he was the driver he said no that he worked for NHS (oh please) and drove off. I then called the office about 6 times because i was being ignored and when the man answered he was very rude and aggressive saying he doesn't know why and then when i told him that my partner saw the driver and he said he worked for NHS his words were ' i dont know sorry bye now' and cut off the phone. The children were made to stand outside for an hour because of this stupid cab service. THANK GOD FOR UBER !!! NEVER USE !
