        This shop staffs talking abusive to customers mainly one disabled lady working in that shop. She's very rude. I'm not satisfied with their service. They don't know how to talk nicely.

        They offer Evri as a service but they will make you wait and serve all other customers before you even if you have arrived at the counter before them...

        1 star is being too genuine, this people have 0 knowledge of any customer service concepts. Rude to customers without mentioning aggressive behaviour when asked a question. Lets not even mention the dump this shop looks like from inside! Worst corner shop in Thornton heath for sure, I have never been to a corner shop where owners acted like complete trumps. I dont know how people like this open a shop without knowing the basic information when serving a customer. Its is absolutely ridiculous how this shop still opened !
