We've recently started using JSM and we have found they return excellent products for shoe modification and bespoke milled orthoses. Quick turn around and reasonable pricing for a quality service. They are quite switched on in the admin too, which is an area many suppliers fall down on - makes things much more efficient and confident.

I have used these guys for 20 years. Gulp that is a long time. Their customer service is top notch and they have the skills to back it up. Quite simply they can work with you to create footwear for feet so challenging that they haven't even made it into the textbooks yet. Great adaptations too.

Extremely helpful and friendly company. Needed some special shoes after a knee replacement that left me with one leg shorter than the other. After an assessment at the factory, they have converted several pairs of shoes for me with a riser on one shoe. This has made walking so much easier. The company has been very helpful and with very reasonable prices.
