        ZERO CONFIDENCE. Be vigilant! Check care service to vulnerable elderly person is being delivered. Cannot recommend. SEE Care Quality Commission Report in 2020, 3/5 indicators = Requires Improvement!

        Do not use. I can not stress this enough. There are some truely great carers in this company, but the management are awful and their lack of professionalism and human decency is a disgrace. You have to be sooo vigilant there is no point having them.
