Extremely rude, obnoxious, arrogant staff... I'd avoid this place unless you want the 'Karen's Diner' hair experience. Called the salon to make an enquiry and was met with a barrage of attitude, to which I am still unsure what for. Everybody has bad days, I suppose but there is absolutely no need to take it out somebody else.. Especially not a potential customer. Good manners cost absolutely nothing, but bad manners can cost you business

Karen Wright has been my go to salon for just over a year now - I love visiting the salon as I have a full head of natural 4c hair. My go to services are deep condition with a blow dry, a full head weave and more recently highlights, a keratin treatment. Karen is great at recommending products and planning out different hair treatments such as colouring or a smoothing treatment, alongside when a trim is needed.
