Mark was very professional and did a good job within a quicker time frame than he first estimated. He is also trustworthy as he managed to get a significant discount on my doors after we already agreed a price. He could have kept this to himself but he gave me the discount. I would not hesitate to use him again and have already referred him to my mum! My doors and windows look great! Thanks Mark!

Mark is a breath of fresh air. I found him through trusted traders. He is a competent, confident, fit, punctual and honest tradesman. I had a single tilt and turn unit as part of a floor to ceiling wall of glazing in my lounge in a 3rd floor flat. The glazing was 25 years old plus and this one unit was badly damaged. It needed to be repaired. If it couldn't be repaired I was up for a whole new wall of double glazing that with scaffolding etc. could have cost me 10,000. I also needed advice on a very cold room and some replacement units. I got a clear quote for triple glazing and the repairs which I accepted and the whole job was done on time. Mark went extra miles on the repair which was much more complicated than he had thought. We offered him a 200 bonus because we could see the extra work he had done. Three additional visits and a solid half day of focussed skilled effort to rebuild the damaged tilt and turn but he refused our offer!! He stuck by his contract price. We will be sending him a very nice bottle of wine as a token of our gratitude. We have our warm apartment back again now and the repairs are perfect. This is local English tradescraft at its finest.
