Builder Rabbit took great care of the renovation project of our 4BR house. Alisson made sure to for his team to finish all works within 4 weeks for us to move in in time. The team worked tirelessly (sometimes even on weekends) to accommodate this tight timeline. The site was always well organised and left clean. Even our neighbours were impressed with BuilderRabbits spirit and quality of work. The works included ceilings (decorating & fitting new lightings), walls (removing wallpapers, smoothening, plastering, painting), floors (removing floor boards, straightening beams, preparing floor for wood floor & carpet, laying parquet flooring, fixing new skirting boards), fitting new doors & architraves, bathroom (removing old and fitting new bathroom), building a cupboard, taking down a wall and moving radiators. All works were carried out on a fixed fee basis and to a very high standard. Alisson was great in dealing with our special requests. He made sure we were absolutley satisfied upon completion of the project. We consider us extremely fortunate to have worked with Alisson and the Builder Rabbit team. We are thankful for their work and look forward to working with them again. We recommend Builder Rabbit for any renovation works to our friends.

Would not recommend! Had work done on kitchen. After work was done tried getting in contact with the builder regarding faulty things in kitchen but was getting no response. Decided to get in contact with the owner of the company regarding my issues and was told be her that its not their problem that I should get in contact with the manufactures and was very rude about it even though the issues started arising the first month after completion. Its been many month now since the initial fittings and the fittings are already wearing out, tap isn't working properly had to buy a new one, had a leak under the sink, dishwasher stopped working completely. As the saying goes , "you get what you pay for" as their services was much cheaper than other companies. But would recommend going with a more reputable company that charges a little more but a least gives you a peace of mind.
