I've used this company a couple of time for my own personal projects and also recommend them to clients and friends. The architects are knowledgeable and attentive plus office staff are polite and professional. Would definitely use again in the future.

Look no further than Ibbad and Elyas for Architectural Design and Planning Permissions - its really no big deal at all for these two guys. I really liked the freedom i had to make unlimited changes to the designs at a fixed cost and they also submitted my planning permission application for a loft convertion which passed without a single amendment or comment from the council. Elyas is all about attention to detail he is patient and ready to share his great depth of expertise on all matters to do with how to go about ones building project. Ibbad is all about getting the job done, he will give you what you need to get all those regulation checks passed without any hassle. Together they make a great team! We are currently working with them on the building control application and i am confident they will do what is needed to get it passed.
