        I have had 1:1 sessions with Vanessa which I loved, Vanessa is very professional and patient. Then unfortunately Covid hit, so we had to stop. But Vanessa then set up on line classes which are just as fab. She is very clear and precise with her description of what she wants you to do it is just like having her in the room with you. Highly recommended

        Vanessa is a thorough and patient instructor while giving her fun and knowledgeable lessons. I highly recommend!!! Shes helped my range of motion immensely. Her lessons change weekly and shes always mixing up it up to work out different areas. My fibromyalgia is better and Vanessa is great about advising about certain movements that can help if youve got previous injuries. I am so grateful for this weekly. Shes amazing and her personality makes it so bubbly.
