This person may well be able to spread fertiliser but he certainly can't lay turf. Paid 1200 cash for a relatively small lawn to be turfed and three quarters of it was covered in lowest grade possible or a left over from a previous contract which had deteriorated. No attempt was made to rectify the problem so the only solution is to rip most of it up. If you want abuse over the phone this character is a past master.
