        We just tried the coffee cured smoked salmon which we bought last weekend from Chris in his shop. It was one of - if not the best - smoked salmon we've ever had. Juicy but firm flesh which wasn't too oily and also not too salty. The flavour was perfect. The only "downside" is that we now realise that we didn't buy enough. We'd be really happy if we could get this by mail order but alas, it doesn't seem available from anyone. Until then, we'll have to consider driving back one weekend for more of the smoked salmon and the fish!

        Steer clear.. we bought fish here on a Thursday afternoon in preparation for Saturday lunch but had to throw them out as they were stinking with sunken eyes and dry skin. Very disappointing.
