Order seeds and they took days to come even though i paid for first class. The delivery company they use are cheap and nasty. Yodel decided to leave my seeds laying out in the front garden in the pouring rain.
I informed the company straight away. They ignored my email. I contacted them a second time and they've ignored my email. I've done exactly what their terms and conditions state and they have just ignored me.
I would avoid.
I chose this company because they are local to me and I wanted to support local companies however that was clearly a mistake because this family run business doesn't seem to care about their customers.
Very disappointed. They've definitely lost a customer. I've lost 40 worth of seeds
