We recently had a serious and dangerous defect on our VW Passat, which meant our car was cutting out whilst we were driving. Mark from the service department was brilliant, he booked the car in straight away and began what turned out to be a complex diagnosis. Communication was very good and Rob one of the technicians was great, very thorough in ensuring our car was diagnosed fully and repaired accordingly. We felt confident in their expertise and service. They finished working on the car earlier than we expected, which meant we could visit family. They also included a complimentary valet. Thank you all for your excellent service from start to finish.
