AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Tim Wordsworth visited the property a month ago then disappeared off the face of the earth. I never received the report, he ignored all of my calls and emails and is now trading as Ulster Surveys in Northern Ireland. Luckily have managed to claim my money back through the bank but Im now left with finding another surveyor last minute. As if buying a property isnt stressful enough, there are scammers like this around! Upon further investigation, Their Google reviews are obviously fake as the only positive ones also review Ulster Surveys. Dont fall for it like I did!

Tim helped me to do a structure report on my targeted property. His professionalism and timely actions are highly appreciated. His advice is valuable especially for me as a first time buyer. After the report was issued, Tim replied to my further concerns promptly. I'm very happy with his service and will recommend him for sure.

I'm still waiting for my report although it's overdue. Received no apology, just misleading emails that Tim will advise soonest. I'm planning to report them after reading the reviews and having experienced such appalling service. An update as of today: haven't received the report though it was due on 22 July. Bank recovered the money I paid. It's horrifying businesses like that exist and even more the positive reviews here. I read reviews about them on yell.com since then and they tell a totally different story. Don't use this company.

Tim did a building survey for us in Dulwich. Professional, value for money, and a detailed report issued within the week. This is the second time we have used him and we will use him again in the future. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much.

The booking process was quick and easy. Tim was booked to survey the property on the afternoon of the 14th and I was told the report would take 5-10 days. We asked for it to be sent earlier so we had time to complete before our deadline, and the draft report was kindly sent to me before 10am on the 17th! Now that's what I call prompt and efficient service. Will definitely use again.
