The rating in this post is to reflect the customer service and not the ring, which we would give 5 stars to. Kris has a beautiful talent which would benefit more from a customer focussed team. Yes, we have received the ring and the design is what was promised. The metal has some marks, but we think it adds character and shows evidence that it is handmade. My partner is very happy with Kris' work. The main issue that I have been faced with is the customer service. In no way is this a personal assault on you. I only wish to point out the failings in customer service, so that you may rectify them in the future if you so wish. All customers want to feel like they are the most important client and this is up to the company to make this happen. With the purchase of a ring as significant as this, there should definitely be a personal touch with regular feedback. The fact that in this case, I the customer, have had to continually chase the company for answers is an indication that this is missing in your business. I would recommend focus on customer service. When the ring is finally sent to the customer. A personal message naming the client with best wishes and evidence of the hallmark or process the ring has undertaken, explaining the lengths your company has gone to, to ensure the quality of your product would go a long way and this is what I expected from this experience. Again I want to reiterate I am not in search of any compensation, just voicing how I feel as a customer. I hope this email is taken in the tone it is meant. Please could you send a letter with the company logo with information about the ring and hallmark, the wood and metal and the value of the ring? Your last email in November promised this, and I am yet to receive this in the post.

Fantastic service from Kris at Shiruba Tree. Answered all my questions as I was deciding what ring to choose. I've had my ring for over a year now and it looks as new as the day I bought it, and it has had a hard life! Great craftsmanship and quality. 100% recommended.

Well what can I say, Kris is an absolute master at what he does. The rings he made for us are awesome. I wanted something that was unique, but that also looked great, and he delivered on both of these. We visited him at his workshop and he explained everything and let us see all the different types of wood and metals we could choose from. But what sold it for me was just the passion with which he spoke, you could tell that he put his best into everything that he makes and we certainly weren't disappointed with the results. I would definitely recommend him to anyone reading this post.

Had to wait due to covid, but after finally getting married, the Livlina 8mm ordered 18months ago still looked and fitted fantastic. I wanted something a little different to the traditional male wedding ring and matched my sustainable mindset, and this was the perfect option. Recommended
