I found Kate to be warm and welcoming and she put me at ease very quickly. The session itself was remarkable, I was amazed at the level of release generated in a very short space of time and felt more myself than I have done in ages. TRE did it for me and I can only thank Kate for helping me find the way. If youre thinking of trying it get Im touch with Kate, you wont regret it!

Kate has proved to be a great therapist, kind, welcoming and considerate. She is highly profesional and indeed has that very gentle confidence and strength needed to guide you through the most difficult of situations. I highly recommend her.

I attended Kate's online presentation on The Poly Vagal theory, and got so much from it both personally and professionally. Kate's presenting style is at an accessible pace and she demonstrates an expertise in understanding trauma and how to heal from it. I would not hesitate in recommending this workshop to anyone who wants to include a trauma informed approach in their therapy practice, or for anyone who has an interest in knowing more about The Poly Vagal theory. Thank you Kate, you bought this topic to life compared to other trainings I have experienced.

I recently attended Kate's workshop - an Intro to Polyvagal Theory & Neuroception. I thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt a great deal about this very interesting topic which will hugely benefit my therapy practice. I was really impressed with Kate's passion and knowledge of the subject and would highly recommend this workshop to anyone wishing to learn more about this 'science of safety' related to trauma and social connection. Thanks Kate!

I just attended Kates workshop on polyvagal and neuroception. It was excellent. And helped me connect the dots on two imperative topics for deep and lasting transformation and healing. I attended for myself as a client of Kates in EFT; as well as for my relationships; and the clients I will one day have when I finish my therapeutic trainings. If you are thinking about attending a workshop with Kate, say Yes! You wont regret it. I learned so much. It was fun. I was with great people online together. It was a nourishing and beneficial experience. Kate is a great teacher and 3.5 hours went by so fast. I could have had 3.5 more.
