I attended Kate's online presentation on The Poly Vagal theory, and got so much from it both personally and professionally. Kate's presenting style is at an accessible pace and she demonstrates an expertise in understanding trauma and how to heal from it. I would not hesitate in recommending this workshop to anyone who wants to include a trauma informed approach in their therapy practice, or for anyone who has an interest in knowing more about The Poly Vagal theory. I recently attended Kate's workshop - an Intro to Polyvagal Theory & Neuroception. I thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt a great deal about this very interesting topic which will hugely benefit my therapy practice. I just attended Kates workshop on polyvagal and neuroception. It was excellent. And helped me connect the dots on two imperative topics for deep and lasting transformation and healing. I attended for myself as a client of Kates in EFT; as well as for my relationships; and the clients I will one day have when I finish my therapeutic trainings. If you are thinking about attending a workshop with Kate, say Yes! You wont regret it. I learned so much. It was fun. I was with great people online together. It was a nourishing and beneficial experience. Kate is a great teacher and 3.5 hours went by so fast. I could have had 3.5 more.
