        If this person can neglect her own animals and lie about getting the vet out to her own pony what is she treating other people's animals like.. She only got the vet out because she was reported to the rspca and British horse society welfare T he poor horse has been so badly neglected it might have to be put to sleep. The ponies have not had their feet trimmed for 2 years. I have also witnessed her leaving other people's dogs in her hot car in the summer. She should not be allowed anywhere near animals..
