Kingswood and Kingswood Camps - Isle of Wight

Worked here over the summer and did 3 week long stays, food was shocking and caused me and my colleagues to get food poisoning on multiple occasions. There were never enough staff accommodation rooms so some staff had to share tents, this is a horrible feeling after working a 16 hour day. The beds are uncomfortable and the rooms are dirty. Most rooms also lack electrical outlets so you can't charge your phone or other devices. The one saving grace of this site are the brilliant Adventure Team, I can't fault them they do an excellent job and the activities on the site were a lot of fun for the young people I was responsible for. Kingswood as a company need to step up their game a bit. Update - I have developed post-infection IBS from the food here and still suffer from stomach aches over 6 months on, if I could give 0 stars I would

It was so fantastic we went with plumpton colege the staff and funny and so nice we had so many funny memory's love to go again

Had an absolutely amazing time. The place was incredibly wheelchair friendly as well as helping me push myself but not too much. The staff members especially "Taylor, Owen, Mac and Kegon" were incredibly supportive and overall amazing. Also they were amazing (although it did scare them) when my heart rate hit 190 but they remained calm ish and made sure I had all my stuff from my bag that I needed to help lower it back to normal. It did make me laugh that my first question was "can I go again" as they looked at me a little concerned But definitely 10/10 would come back!

Staff are great, the food was on and off and the dorms aren't the best.
