IAA used to be GOLD , since they have done partnership with SYNETIQ they are FRAUD now . I am a trader Just last year I bought more than 11 cars since November I have noticed they are not advertising a vehicle with full details and pictures. I have seen CAT N cars very badly damaged which they dont show . Just last week I bought CAT N car & in the pictures it only showed driver side wing is damaged , when the car arrived trust me wind screen was broken , side mirror was broken , doors where damaged , car didnt start . I bought one fully electric car & they didnt mention regarding charging cable missing :( . I had to wait 2 weeks to get original cable . I am in lost in few cars , Watch out guys. My this review only means to bring awareness in other buyers not to be scammed. I only blame SYNETIQ For this as IAA wasnt like this before .this is not only happening in Doncaster branch, its actually happening in all branches . Your business runs by us TRADERS We are the one buying cars from you , Please advertise vehicles with full details of damages & missing parts .PEACE

Excellent customer service, vehicle was reported to IAA by admrial Monday morning and the car was collected Tuesday first thing. Was contacted the evening before and given a pickup time and the driver arrived as planned. Excellent to see the reg plate being covered up and driver was a lovely guy
