We had this location for our care whilst living in the UK. The male doctor is the most warm, friendly professional while also making you feel like a valued patient. The nurse whom I saw for check ups was lovely, too. She shared stories of her love of horses but was also thorough in her checks for me. Never any trouble getting my prescriptions and I had great advice from the front office staff when I really needed to get a vaccine before traveling back to live in the USA. I didn't feel the warmth from the female doctor but I understand it's a stressful time due to covid - and honestly, I know they are dealing with some very entitled, demanding people. The female doctor left a quick, dry text message for me rather than talk to me be phone and this was the first time I'd ever really bothered them for something in 3 yrs. Sometimes issues can be more complex and I had questions so this was more than a little frustrating. Overall, though, I felt lucky to be a patient here.

Staff is rude, emails are ignored, data which has been requested under the data protection act is refused, doctors have ignored EVERYTHING I HAVE RAISED as much as physically possible since I joined. Prescriptions for my ongoing under-active thyroid issue are issued for one month only, because who wouldn't want to drive once a month to interface with rude staff to get the exact same prescription EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I have undiagnosed chronic back pain which we do not speak about because oh lordy lord if we diagnose it, we have to actually do something about it.... I wish I could exclude this surgery from the funding I provide out of my taxes. Medical care is not free, it is paid through taxes, we do not deserve to be either ignored or treated as leaches to the system.
