Don't recommend. Very difficult to find with very poor signposting. Staff were not helpful with directions either. Surrounding areas were a mess with building sites everywhere. There's not much close by either, except a Chinese. The breakfast/food/arcade area doesn't open until 9am which is completely useless when camping. The convenience shop hours were until 6/7pm which isn't very convenient. The reception (also not well signposted) shut at 5/6pm, which meant there was no way to inform anyone of issues. *To the reply, we weren't informed of who to contact out of hours for any issues and I stand by my above statement that the hours are not very accessible* My ID was refused and when I went to get names for the report I was filing, they brought out 2 security officers as an intimidation tactic. Warning to future customers, any PASS ID will not be accepted. This incident has been reported and it will be followed up with Parkdean Resorts. The toilets/showers were warm and fairly clean. *To the reply, if the opening hours was all you had to comment on, with no mention of the behaviour of your staff, or the lack of signage, then was there much point in saying anything at all..*
