        Reception lady very polite and understanding. Sadly Dentist in question has zero customer care skills and money motivated. Be careful when leaving a deposit! Tried calling you several times to cancel with no answer to be told you was all on dinner- why do you not have an answering machine notifying of this or at least a call back system. Basics.
