        Belton seems to be the English equivalent of Summerisle - and doubtless an innocent visitor is sacrificed in the garden of the Sun Inn every Midsummer's day. Visitors are not turned away but it's not a pub where anyone, locals or staff, relishes jostling at the bar. If it's ever been redecorated, any evidence is lost in time. As long as your expectations are modest and your manner unexceptional, for a few shillings you will obtain satisfactory refreshment by and by
