Golf at Belton Woods

Two great courses, great beds and great breakfast.

Looking at previews reviews shows me how far the British public have sunk in terms of acceptance of value. 40 for a steak and 12 for a cheeseboard of 2 of the most tasteless cheeses Ive ever experienced. The golf course was average at best. Lovely set up but completely over priced!

Really disappointed, played Golf yesterday 18/03/2023 everything was lovely to start with, club house fine had a drink and a sandwich, pricey but good quality all good. Now the poor bit Woodside Course, greens were excellent bunkers very good fairways were an absolute bog the worst Ive played on all winter, quite frankly the course should of been closed. Such a shame was really looking forward to playing Belton wood but fairway conditions were embarrassing in places

Visited belton woods at the weekend for a round of golf I play with a group and year we visit different golf courses this is however our second time to belton woods as we really enjoyed playing hear the courses are great to play lakes a little challenging but very enjoyable the staff are all very helpful and always happy to help the half way house is a welcoming little find especially if ur hungry mid round they have a really good selection of food to offer me and the boys went with a hot sausage roll I think that there was a few different choices but we all went with cheddar and onion sausage roll and was so good I went back for a second one absolutely delicious finished golf on Sunday and still dreaming about them sat in my office writing this review on Thursday definitely will be returning hear again as it never disappoints cant say the same for my golf unfortunately but definitely coming back soon even if just for a sausage roll and a visit to the half way house
