I reached out to RemiTech for advice on a new Single Sign-On solution for our company. From the first meeting I had with them, they were knowledgeable about all the current systems on the market and we're able to find me the right solution based on our needs (OneLogin). They supported us from the moment we signed the contract, through to implementation and support once the new system was in place. Overall it was a refreshingly pleasant experience working with them, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. I also reach out to them on occasions for advice on other remote working tools and are always happy to help.

I have not been using RemiTech as a direct customer. I was referred to them from Onelogin by mistake. Remitech could not help us as we already were a customer of Onelogin and we only needed some support from Onelogin. Remitech helped us enormously with our problem even though it should have been solved by Onelogin and even though they had nothing to gain from it themselves. I work a for hosting company and I am fairly used to seeing all kinds of support. This is the best support I've ever experienced.
