She was quick to get to work & always kept in contact letting me know what she felt & and wanting to know any updates/results. She is friendly & couldnt do enough for me & I am forever grateful to her as I genuinely believe she saved this family members life.         Very poor customer service, ordered a product 8 days ago, called to find out where this is and could not get a straight direct answer. I doubt I will ever see this purchase. Even IF I do stay away, very bad customer service, no excuses or stories please, good service for items paid for!
