Welby Short Lets

Great place for studio flats ,they have close to 300 flats and they are very well maintained... Amazing service by Daniel and Ileana who helped in each and every step.. Highly recommended if you wanna stay around belsize or Hampstead though they are almost full in capacity for renting most of the time due to the excellent property and service

GUYS I AM WARNING YOU!!! DO NOT ENTER OR EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR AGENT. THEY ENPLOY PEOPLE TO FIND VULNERABLE PEOPLE TO STEAL MONEY OFF, I WENT TO VIEW A HOUSE AND I PAID DEPOSIT FOR A MAN CALLED PHILIP KEYE OF IRANIAN DECENT SAME AS THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THE AGENT, AND HE GAVE ME A FAKE CONTRACT AND FAKE HOLDING DEPOSIT FORM !!! STOLE 1800. I POSTED PHILIP KEYA ON FACEBOOK AND IT HAPPENED TO ANOTHER PERSON!!! Please be careful !!! I have reported it to action fraud! Please beware

This place has terrible internet, would be ok if you could use your data connection but the location is a known not spot for mobile data so that doesn't help! The plumbing system makes a ridiculous amount of noise which may even wake you up during light sleep, even the hotel plumber admitted to how bad it was. Walls are extremely thin, I could hear pretty much everything my neighbour was doing. If you're thinking of staying here for more than a week...don't, especially if you plan to rent. The location is superb however.
