Simon Lindsay Pilates

I would recommend Simon's classes - he keeps them small which allows him to give individual attention to all participants. He goes at a pace that enables everyone to keep up and varies the exercises sufficiently to work different parts of the body.

I am really enjoying and benefitting from my Pilates classes with Simon. He is a great teacher, showing all the movements and positions clearly and explaining why I am doing them and to what end. I would recommend these sessions to anyone suffering from sports injuries or more prolonged back and knee problems.

I have been attending Simon's pilates classes for nearly six years. He is a great teacher: he explains thing clearly, checks each person in the class is ok and is very intuitive. My back strength has greatly improved since doing Simon's lessons and I would thoroughly recommend him.

Simon is an excellent pilates teacher. I recently had a knee replacement and he was very considerate in giving me alternate exercises that I could manage when necessary.
