Super professional, pushing me to the limit while being fun and engaging and on top of everything hes been just amazing with my very active and cheeky toddler! Fantastic solution for busy mums looking to get back in shape.

great place, great trainers, great atmosphere ! after two kids and a back operation, i am now fitter that i had ever been before - they adapted my routine to help my back get stronger and gradually increase the level - thank you Beata and Andy ! let's keep the good work !
