We've bought carpets from B & R Co. for over twelve years. They always have a good selection including Brussel's weave carpets that are a favourite (of ours); the staff are helpful and efficient & the wall to wall carpets are neatly laid: certainly recommend.

Nadia and the team at B&R carpets tailored a bespoke carpet runner for our staircase. The finished product and installation work completed was of excellent quality and we would happily recommend others looking for a quality carpet finish in the Fulham area.

We had carpets laid by B&R. Three years later the carpets started to wrinkle and we contacted B&R for them to have a look. We were told that warranty had expired and a call out charge of 150 would apply even if the job only takes 5 min. My suggestion that the carpet maybe wasnt properly laid was outrightly rejected, and eventually the call was cut with the promise to call me back. Nobody ever called back. We had the carpet stretched by a third party who confirmed that in one room the carpet was faulty (delaminated) and in the other room poorly laid (too short nails). The edges used by B&R were also not suitable for the transition to the wooden floor. The labour cost was 60.

The service was nice when I placed the order. I was told that the carpet will arrive within a week which was great. But later the Company simply forgot to place my order for the supplier. One week later I need reorder carpet in the other place and rearrange builder for additional cost.
