Horrible shop i go in regular but will no longer overpriced clothing rude volunteer i bought a donation in n never got so much as a nod never mind a thanks i then said thank you out loud and she got the message i work as a volunteer myself and always say thanks at donations instead she gave a face sour faced then the wk before same volunteer i came in with a umbrella n she says oh put it by the door i said its not wet out she then questioned me like i was 10 yrs old Shame as my mum passed in marie curie hospice in Hampstead but i just cant go here .clothes not that great and really overpriced 25 for reebok trainers i mean come on check ebay they are 10 second hand

Awful lady working there. I got there at 5.10pm and they told me they're closed so I nicely told her that she should change their opening times on Google as it says she shop closes at 6pm. She just shouted at me 'no and shut the door in my face. Shop closes at 4.30pm if the information on their door is correct
