I recently found a new renting property through Lexingtons. I am impressed with the level of service provided by Aleksandra, my letting agent. She has been very friendly and professional throughout the entire rental process. Communication has been great, with Aleksandra providing me with all the necessary details and keeping me up-to-date on progress at every step of the way. Alex has been responsive, promptly answering any questions I had. She offered both in-person and virtual viewings of the property with all the necessary details provided. She kept me informed about the progress of arranged viewings, application processes, and communication with the landlord. Overall, I would recommend Alex to anyone who is moving and struggling with the rental process for her level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
