Hamptons Estate and Letting Agents Belsize Park

Couldn't think of a worse experience than the one we had letting a unit from Hamptons. If you are debating whether to let your unit with them or to sign a unit that they are letting, beware and go elsewhere if possible. The agent, Mark, wilfully lied to us to convince us to let our unit. No matter what they respond to this review with, it was clear that they were well informed of a conflict in our lease and chose to mislead us into signing it. Realistically, we should have been more ruthless about the contract terms, but didn't realise that letting agents could act in such bad faith. I generally don't write reviews but felt like people deserve to be cautioned.

I bought my flat in Belsize Park through Mark at Hamptons. He was really helpful, gave great advice and really supported both the seller and I through the process. He also gave excellent recommendations of support services and generally was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks so much Mark, and, I'm super happy with the flat : )

We let one property with full management through Hamptons, Belsize Park. The management has recently been handled by Hanna Hornstein. Our experience of dealing with her has been excellent. She is a pleasure to speak to and correspond with and is a great problem-solver. She responds quickly, is on top of any current issues and has great attention to detail. Thanks, Hanna.

I chose Hamptons quite simply because of the enthusiasm, willingness to get on with the job, and obvious experience and professionalism of Vikki Broad when she came to view the property. She and her team have been outstanding. Within three weeks we had a host of viewing and five offers, two exceeding the guide price. And this on a market which is judged likely to fall over the coming months. Quite outstanding! I would unreservedly recommend Hamptons and the Belsize Park office to anyone.

Hamptons provided an excellent service in selling our flat. Their local knowledge and easy approachability made the process simple and trouble free in a sale not without a number of difficult aspects.
