The bar manager Monika was exceptional, she provided everything to our needs and was kind, friendly and always smiling. She Made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at the bar. The barman Pruthvi also gave amazing service, he greeted and welcomed us with professionalism and kindness. Both a big credit to the team. Food & drinks: pizza was amazing, also the cocktails was exceptional

Easy access to central London as the Jubilee line is a quick 10 minute walk away. Good bus routes near by as well. The pool and steam room is excellent The club lounge also was enjoyable

I stayed few times at this hotel.last times was a terrible experience, first at the check in i asked for a baby bed, i went for the day out came very late. And of course no baby bed, called reception no one answered 15 minutes, it was last time as well like that.. when checked out, charged twice, now we are 3 weeks after didn't get our money back!! 3 weeks we are talking to the bank and the hotel , at the hotel they said they didn't charge twice, they refused to help! Last time for us at this terrible hotel! Stay away from this scam
