English barrier, the salon was empty and one of the staff or manager im not sure was doing his own hair while I was having mine cut which I found quite foul. Because of the barrier other members of staff has to translate what I wanted to the stylist in Turkish , I came in for a wash, cut and blow dry (65) but I wanted a consultation for peekaboo bleach and they told me it would be 210 for not even half of my hair to be dyed, when I told them I couldnt afford that all the members of staff around me started laughing at me like we arnt in a living crisis . I wanted to treat myself and just ended up with a haircut I didnt want and humiliation, do not come here! You can go to any hobs or tony and cut location and spend the same amount for much better service and result. Because of the language barrier I ended up spending 65 to have a bad haircut and to be humiliated. Theres a hobs in west Hempstead and a tony and cut on Finchley Road NW3 :)

Heres a tip. When a long-standing member of staff leaves, tell people. You have their number, call them. Dont let Treatwell sneakily allow you to rebook a service that is no longer available. Tip 2. When the person realises the long-standing member has left, dont keep their money when they want to cancel the appointment. Just to update following their response. I did attend the appointment, but wasn't happy with the replacement stylist on offer. It was in the gift of the salon to refund me, they chose not to, in spite of the fact I have visited the salon dozens of times. In a previous visit the chosen stylist was unwell and they didn't let me know until I arrived. It's a pattern of poor behaviour. I'd avoid if at all possible.
