I'll echo what someone else wrote: Mark would rather do the right thing than take your money. Mark helped me with what turned out to be an irredeemable macbook pro - and didn't charge me at all. He spent 35+ minutes explaining the issue, diagnosing it, and attempting a last-ditch effort to save my ill-fated macbook. Mark was incredibly kind to share his time and knowledge - for free - especially on an issue that surely brings much stress to people (computer trouble). Mark will help you with whatever you need not just because it's his business, but because he sincerely wants to.

Mark is amazing! He sorted my issue - gave me loads of advice and even exchanged my broken device for me so I only paid the difference. I am now a very loyal customer (although hopefully won't need him for a while!!). 10/10 would recommend.

Mark was brilliant. While travelling, I feared that I had been hacked and that a virus had been placed on my Mac. Mark talked me through the issues, explained the security features of a Mac, risks of Malware and how to scan for them and generally talked me down. All of this on the phone, for no charge.
