I felt disappointed. Not because they were closed, but for the lack of consideration in letting me know, because I had a reservation.
Unforeseen events do happen but lack of consideration is optional!

Fui uma vez e amei.Resolvi fazer uma reserva p um almoo de domingo p comemorar aniversrio e l chegando estava tudo fechado.Depois de uma hora tentando contato, responsvel disse que estava fora de Londres e no abririam.S no arruinou meu dia pq eu e meu parceiro fomos a um maravilhoso self-service brasileiro em NW10.
Me senti decepcionada.No por estarem fechados, mas pela falta de considerao em avisar-me,pois eu tinha reserva.
Imprevistos acontecem sim mas falta de considerao opcional!
