For me yoga is a way of keeping my mental health aligned with my physical health as well as my spritlal health. Nicola has a greater understanding of all of these elements due to her in-depth training and also her natural connection to others and the higher power. Her classes are unique to her own knowledge and are always supporting the physical, mental and spiritual building blocks we need to feel balanced. I always feel that Im well looked after during the journey of her yoga classes and feel the benefits with also a greater understanding of the movement and why it is so important to listen to our own bodies. So I thank Nicola for helping me understand my own self inside and out. Namaste

I have been doing yoga with Nicola now for a number of years and have to say my body is in the best shape it has ever been in. Nicola is so knowledgable and so patient and I always look forward to her classes. I was really a novice at yoga before Nicola introduced me to it and have now found a love for it. I would recommend anyone to give yogaveda a go and you will not be disappointed

Been working with Nicola for about 3 months now and I must say, it has been a most vital aspects missing in my gym life. The stretches and poses has left me feeling much more flexible with less strains, especially after the ayeaveda massage therapy. Highly recommend and much appreciated Thank you Nicola

Nicola gave me a full body massage which I won in a raffle she did. It was the most relaxing hour of massage Ive ever had, I like the way Ayerveda therapies are helpful with the physical side of things but also help to detox the body and are so calming and relaxing. I booked in soon after for a facial massage which I also found very relaxing and could see an improvement in my skin after just 1 session. I will definitely be booking in with Nicola again soon. Thanks so much!

I've been taking part in Nicola's online yoga class since the beginning of March. I love the classes and look forward to them every week. Nicola takes into consideration any health issues, aches and pains and taylors the class around these so you get a full body stretch and workout without putting to much stress on your body. The online classes are interactive with Nicola checking you are OK throughout the class and providing hints and tips if your feet or arms or head are out of place. With Nicola's calming tone and extensive knowledge of the yoga practice you finish the lesson feeling relaxed, refreshed and fully stretched.
