Great service picking us up from a wedding at Shottle Hall and taking me back in the morning to pick up my car. I had to change the booking time on the night, it was dealt with efficiently and without any fuss. I had the same driver, Mike, both times. He was very friendly. The texts they send you means you can easily track where your taxi is I would highly recommend this company

Steve is my new hero, he picked me up this evening after I had stormed away from my friends, and was incredibly friendly, when I was being a pain in the arse, definitely use this firm if in the area

Always used steves from work to home. Didn't appreciate tonight being shouted at I was 4 mins late out of work but makes me feel uncomfortable. My taxis are on account but felt the need to tip 5 for the inconvenience. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

I've been using this Taxi service for years and they're great. Cars are akways clean, drivers are always friendly and on time. Price is reasonable. Update: I've been using this taxi service for over 3 years and frequently, I had a doctors appointment of which my doctor was 20 mins late leading me to be late for my pre-booked taxi. I had a very abrupt, rude woman from Steve's Taxis call me mid appointment who had a really bad attitude, which also made the doctor feel awkward the way she spoke to me (I did appologise and explain the reason for lateness). After the bad mannerisms I recieved I decided to walk a few miles home instead of wait to get another lift. Sadly, I think in future I'll book elsewhere. I've never been late to a Taxi before and they've lost a frequent customer.
