        Miserable staff, can stand at counter for postoffice and feel invisible until convenient for them to acknowledge you. Politely ask may i post this envelope and get greeted with would you like to buy a stamp? Then shall i measure it for you? Then shall i put it in my bag? Obviously missed the customer relation course. Ill use little eaton post office in future.

        Great local post office, very convenient as Id have to travel to Belper or Little Eaton otherwise. The post office is located in the cafe, so can get a bit busy at times (pre covid), but the staff and volunteers do a great job trying to serve while doing supporting activities. Also, as its in the cafe, can view the cake selection, and can recommend the Russian Honey cake!
