        Husband came in for eye test in a wheelchair suffering with MS unfortunately needed toilet asap due to disability, was told by one assistant to use the toilets by the co op, fortunately Lisa took control of situation and assisted my husband to staff toilet. I (his wife) was extremely grateful for her intervention in this matter but perhaps a little training on disabled needs may be necessary with some of the staff. Thankyou Lisa your a
