        Do not use as a collection point for DHL! Received an email on Tuesday saying the parcel was ready to collect, nipped in Wednesday morning before work - they said they couldn't find my parcel. Left my phone number to ring me if it turned up, never heard anything. DHL messaged me yesterday to say the parcel was at the collection point and asked me to try again. Spent half an hour waiting there today to be told my code was the wrong length so they wouldn't give me the parcel. When I eventually spoke to DHL they were confused why they wouldn't give me my parcel when I had the barcode and have raised it with DHLs head office.

        Do NOT use this shop as a click and collect point for an eBay parcel!! They will not send you a collection code and if you go to the shop and actually see your parcel there you still will not be able to collect it cos their staff haven't got a clue what to do about eBay parcels!!
