I bought my property in Openwoodgates, Belper in April 2022, and it took until November 2022 to finally get the keys due to an incorrect entry in Land Registry over a flying freehold on this property. All the way through Hall & Benson's Team, Richard, Olivia & Jess have been keeping me in touch with progress reports. Even to dropping off spare keys to my door that they received after the sale was finalised! I even received a very helpful Moving In box, with some gifts, really thoughtful. They helped relieve a long drawn out legal process, and I highly recommend Hall & Benson as a lovely local agent.
